CTM 360a-WR Wrap System Applicator
Ideal for cost-conscious or entry-level partners requiring high-quality round product labeling. Operates at 108-132 VAC, single phase. Approximate weight: 700 lbs.
CTM 360a Model Y Label Applicator
Built on the industry-standard 360a Series platform. Features a 7-inch TFT touch screen interface, programmable speeds up to 3,000 inches per minute, and Air Blow, Merge, and Tamp nose module configurations. Label placement accuracy: +/- 1/32 inch.
CTM Front/Back Wrap System Applicator
Fully automatic, competitively priced system designed around the customer’s exact labeling needs. Includes Aerotech servo, Maple Systems color touch screen, and OSHA lockout. Approx. 1,200 lbs.
CTM Split Conveyor Labeling System Applicator
Dual-conveyor system with a single motor to maintain consistent line speed. Features heavy-duty welded tubular steel frame with Steel-it paint. Optional stainless steel frame, encoder speed following, and label scan/eject. Approx. 1,200 lbs.

Designed and manufactured in the United States by Fortis Solutions Group, Gold Seal applicators are compact, simple, and reliable with a small footprint for stand-alone or integrated use.
Gold Seal GS-60 Printer Applicator
State-of-the-art thermal transfer printer-applicator equipped with Sato or Zebra print engine. Features no-knob operation, selectable tamp or tamp-blow, and fixture or T-stand mounting. Dimensions: 26″W x 18″H x 16″D. Utility: 110-120 VAC, 60 psi dry air at 3 cfm.
Gold Seal GS-90 Tamp-Blow Label Applicator
Compact apply-only tamp-blow applicator featuring stepper motor drive, missing label auto-advance, photoelectric product and label sensing, and a simple threading path. Label width range: 1/2 inch to 5 inches. Accuracy: +/- 1/64 inch. So easy to operate, it is “second-shift proof.”

The SATO CL4NX Plus and CL6NX Plus deliver durable hardware, Application Enabled Printing for standalone operation, and multi-language print support across demanding industrial environments.
