In-Plant and Virtual Support
For ongoing questions or remote diagnostics, our team offers virtual support sessions for most applicator and shrink tunnel platforms. Fortis field service does not end at installation.

Platforms Our Technicians Are Certified On
Gold Seal Applicators
The GS-60 Printer Applicator and GS-90T Tamp-Blow Applicator are designed and manufactured in the United States. Compact, all-steel construction with no-adjustment operation makes them reliable across high-volume and multi-shift environments.
CTM Labeling Systems
CTM equipment is designed and manufactured in Salem, Ohio. Our certified technicians service the full CTM product line, including the 360a Series wrap and label applicators, the Front/Back Wrap System, the Split Conveyor Labeling System, and the complete 3600 Series printer-applicator family.
Sato Industrial Printers
Fortis supplies and services the Sato CL4NX Plus and CL6NX Plus industrial print engines. Both platforms support direct thermal and thermal transfer methods, RFID encoding, and Application Enabled Printing for standalone operation.
Zebra Industrial Printers
Our team supports the Zebra ZT600 Series (ZT610, ZT620) and ZT400 Series (ZT411, ZT421). Both lines are built for rugged industrial environments and support factory and field-installable options including RFID, linerless printing, and media handling.
