Fortis Solutions Group continues our tradition of developing and testing sustainable packaging materials with RENEW shrink sleeves for PET containers. The goal of recycling PET containers is clear PET flake, which is a high-value and high-demand material. Sleeve label inks can negatively impact the rPET yield and cause contamination during the recycling process.

RENEW shrink sleeves contain a primer that allows the inks to wash away from the sleeve label and filter out during the recycling process. This allows the sleeve to be recycled along with the bottle rather than removed as waste.
